The African Graduate Student Association hosted its Friendsgiving Celebration on Monday, November 24, from 6–8 PM, welcoming approximately 25–30 attendees for an evening of fellowship and connection. The event created a vibrant and welcoming space for African graduate students to come together, unwind, and engage in meaningful conversations. Through warm hospitality and a thoughtfully curated program, participants strengthened peer relationships while celebrating cultural connection and shared experiences beyond the classroom. The gathering emphasized the importance of community, support, and collaboration within the graduate student experience. This Friendsgiving Celebration reflects AGSA’s ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages leadership development, collaboration, and the building of lasting professional and personal networks among students.
