The Institute cultivate and advance a culture of belonging, community, excellence, and service through active programming, engagement, mentorship, and partnership.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of students is paramount to the university focusing on physical and mental health support. The mental health services are designed to promote well-being and academic success by addressing the unique challenges faced by students.

Off Campus Engagement and Support  

Off Campus Engagement and Support at Northeastern offers resources, education, and support for students living off-campus. Off Campus Engagement and Support helps students find housing, understand renter’s rights, and navigate landlord issues. The mission is to connect off-campus students to the community, enhance campus engagement, and provide resources and education to support students in Boston’s neighborhoods. The office fosters community connections through special programs and events, keeping students engaged with the campus and peers. Peer Community Ambassadors are available to answer questions and assist with off-campus living. Students can contact the office via phone, email, or virtual appointments. 

Academic Resources 

Northeastern University offers a wide range of academic resources to support its students. These resources are designed to support the diverse needs of Northeastern University’s student body, ensuring that all students have the tools and support they need to succeed academically. Some of the resources include advisor support, library services, the writing center, the Northeastern bookstore, and other computational services.
