Mentoring
The Co-op Mentor Program connects undergraduate students with experienced professionals who have previously participated in the co-op program at Northeastern. These mentors are alumni who offer insights into navigating the professional world, share their personal co-op experiences, and provide career advice tailored to the students’ fields of study.
Students are paired with mentors based on their academic background, career interests, and professional goals. This ensures that the mentorship is relevant and beneficial for the student’s specific needs.
Alumni and other professionals enjoy the opportunity to give back to the Northeastern community, stay connected with the university, and help shape the next generation of leaders in their fields.

By supporting the AGI, you’re investing in future leaders, ensuring they gain invaluable global perspectives and tools for change.
